Mildura Golf Club Resort Deposit and Cancellation Policy

All F.I.T reservations require a deposit to confirm and guarantee their reservation.

To confirm, you can either leave a credit card, cheque/money order number, or send a cheque/money order.
The credit card number, including expiry, card type and name of card holder is held as a guarantee only.
A deposit of 1 nights accommodation by cheque/money order will guarantee your reservation.

A F.I.T reservation that is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. For guests that have left a credit card number the value of one night's accommodation will be charged to their credit card.
A F.I.T reservation that does not show will forfeit their deposit. For guests that have left a credit card number the value of one night's accommodation will be charged to their credit card.
A F.I.T reservation that is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit. For guests that have left a credit card number the card details held on file will be destroyed.
