The following statement sets out the Mildura Golf Club Resort policy relating to the collection, storage and use of personal information. Our purpose is to assure anyone who does business with us that Mildura Golf Club Resort will comply with both the letter and spirit of the Privacy Act 1988.

If you no longer wish to receive promotional information from Mildura Golf Club Resort please advise the Mildura Golf Club Resort Privacy Officer. You will need to allow us 30 days to amend our records.

Customers are welcome to request personal information that the Mildura Golf Club Resort holds about them.

What Mildura Golf Club Resort Requires from the Customer.

To obtain a copy of the information, the customer must write to the Privacy Officer, Mildura Golf Club Resort, P.O. Box 5059, Mildura, Victoria, 3502, including the following details:

Full name
Address
Date of Birth
Phone Number
Account Number or Tabaret Rewards Card Number (if applicable)
Signature
The information the customer is seeking

Mildura Golf Club Resort will be able to identify Golf Members, Club Only Members and Tabaret Rewards Members from the signature on their original application. If Mildura Golf Club Resort does not have the customer's signature on file a photo ID will be required.

What the customer requires from the Manager

The customer may have their identity verified by the manager or a nominated senior staff member on duty at the Mildura Golf Club Resort venue.

The manager or staff member will testify to the identity of the person by adding to the customer's letter-

The name and address of the venue or outlet;
The photo ID sighted (eg. Driver's licence);
The manager's or staff member's signature;
The manager's or staff member's name (printed); and
The date the photo ID was sighted
